Designed for automated cell imaging workflows, the Cellmatic Cell Counting Plate enables simultaneous counting of up to 24 samples in a single run, eliminating the throughput bottleneck of traditional hemocytometers.

Plate Architecture: The SBS-compliant polycarbonate base (127.8 × 85.3 × 8 mm) houses 24 individual well inserts, each with a precision-manufactured 110 µm-depth chamber. A 7 × 5 mm optical-clarity imaging area captures cell suspension images compatible with any standard counting algorithm.

Fluidic Design: Simply dispense 15 µL of cell suspension into the well insert. Surface hydrophilicity draws 10 µL into the active imaging chamber; the remainder is retained in an overflow region outside the imaging field, ensuring consistent, bubble-free loading without coverslips or manual adjustment.
